Jerica joined our team in 2021, transitioning industries from a 6.5 year career in the medical field. She brings us her ability to deal with highly technical information while also remaining flexible in her role, meeting the constant demands of a wine group. Jerica plays a key role at Fraîche Wine Group, directly supporting Michael in key areas of our business including investor relations, team management, and international business relations - having quickly become Michael's right hand.
